I read this as a joke,
But it has a point:
Once some one ask his physicion that What can I do to live more than 100 years.
Dr asks him:Do u Drink?
the man: No
Dr: Do u have lots of sex?
Man: No
Dr: Do u use drugs?
Man: No
Dr: Do u travel alot?
Man: No
Dr: Does ur life has lots of up and down?
Man : No
Dr: DO u do lots of diffrent thigns in ur life?
Man: No
Dr: So why u want to live sop long?
